To access certain features of our website, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Colors may appear differently depending on your monitor settings.

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

We will send you an order confirmation email once we receive your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We accept payment via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and Klarna. Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.

All transactions are processed securely. We follow PCI DSS standards to protect your payment information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

We ship directly from our warehouse in Germany. Standard delivery takes 3-6 working days within Germany. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Free shipping is available for orders with a minimum value of €10. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form provided on our website, but it is not obligatory.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We offer free returns within 90 days of receipt for standard orders.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All products are covered by the statutory warranty period under German law. Additionally, we offer a delivery guarantee: if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, you are eligible for a €5 credit.

For damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paneele Deko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt, Germany.
