We offer standard and express shipping options within Germany and to select international destinations. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Frankfurt, Germany.

Standard shipping is free for orders over €10. Express shipping is available for €6.99 per order.

Standard delivery within Germany: 3-6 business days. Express delivery within Germany: 1-3 business days. International delivery: 7-14 business days depending on destination.

Delivery times begin from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

Click & Collect is available free of charge. Orders can be collected from our warehouse during business hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
